Jason joined Ergil & Jackson in 2006 and specializes in appraising commercial real estate including retail complexes, multi-family apartments, office buildings, industrial warehouses, hotels, subdivisions, land and other types of investment properties. Jason is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is currently working towards his AACI designation. Before turning to real estate appraising, Jason worked for many years in the Hospitality Industry and gained considerable experience in acquisition of properties and business management. |
