Ernie Paustian has over fifteen years experience in the real estate field, including mortgage financing, property management and real estate appraisal. He acquired the AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) and P. App. (Professional Appraiser) designations from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2006. Ernie completed the Urban Land Economics diploma program from the University of British Columbia and obtained the RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from The Building Owners and Managers Institute in 2001, and the CRP (Certified Reserve Planner) designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada in 2009. Ernie is licensed as a Real Estate Appraiser and Associate Broker by the Real Estate Council of Alberta. |
