Effective September 1, 2011, home inspectors are required to be licensed by the Alberta government (http://www.servicealberta.ca/1773.cfm). In doing so, they are required to demonstrate their qualifications by passing a rigorous field test. Our home inspection team is licensed, certified and insured to provide you the highest quality service.
Our home inspectors do inspections on single family homes, duplexes, townhomes and apartment condominiums.
The costs for home inspections in the greater Edmonton area are as follows:
$420 for a typical detached home up to 2,500 square feet.
$350 for a townhome/semi-detached home
$250 for an apartment - if the apartment includes self-contained furnace and hot water tank add $75
